Innovation Cheque

The Innovation Cheque is a funding programme designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria to start ongoing research and innovation activities. This cheque enables enterprises to enlist the services of research institutions (non-university research institutes and universities) and to pay for these services to a maximum value of € 5,000. The innovation cheque is designed to encourage SMEs to cooperate with research institutes.

The FFG operates this programme on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology (BMVIT) and the Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth (BMWFJ).
