FFG Academy Webinar: European funding of research staff and knowledge transfer for companies

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions for SMEs, industry and other organisations from the non-academic sector
-
Online
In this webinar, we will show you how the Horizon 2020 programme Marie Skłodowska-Curie can support you to attract and finance international research staff, to establish networks with other organisations in Europe and beyond, and to profit from knowledge transfer through the mobility of employees. We will also have a look at successful projects, the necessary steps to plan a project and current success rates.

Highly qualified staff is a key to success and an important competitive advantage for companies and other organisations in the non-academic sector. In this webinar, we will explore the possibilities the programme Marie Skłodowska-Curie is offering your organisation to

  • get funding for the employment of experienced researchers (IF - Individual Fellowships, „Society and Enterprise“ Panel)
  • recruit and train young researchers within the framework of an international training network (ITN – Innovative Training Networks)
  • exchange staff between companies, universities and other research organisations within or beyond Europe (RISE – Research and Innovation Staff Exchange)

Essential for all Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions are the international mobility of researchers and knowledge transfer between sectors and disciplines.

Target group: The webinar is aimed at participants from companies and other organisations in the non-academic sector (such as hospitals or NGOs) who are new to the programme Marie Skłodowska-Curie. It is also relevant for organisations from universities or research institutes who want to strengthen their cooperation with the non-academic sector through Marie Skłodowska- Curie Actions.
