The second short talk, which is organised in collaboration with the Netherlands Enterprise Agengy (RVO), will focus on the Social Sciences and Humanities domain. Speakers include Eva-Maria Merz, professor of Donor Behavior at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, who will talk about her insights and learnings in the context of her ERC Proof of Concept Grant "Learning to Donate (LEARN-DO)".
All ERC&EIC Short Talks start with a crisp introduction of the ERC Proof of Concept Grant, the EIC Pathfinder and the EIC Transition instrument, the key Horizon Europe funding instruments to support the translation of research results into new products or services. Afterwards, speakers will talk about their experiences with these schemes and will answer participants´ questions. We are looking forward to interactive discussions.
The ERC & EIC Short talks (held in English) address in particular the following target groups:
- ERC Grantees interested in research transfer
- EIC Pathfinder applicants and beneficiaries
- EIC Transition Instrument applicants and beneficiaries
- Members of Tech Transfer Offices (TTOs)
- Research managers and administrators at universities, research institutions and companies
- Enterprises interested in exploring funding opportunities at European level
