Quality Management and Internal Audits

The unit Quality Management and Internal Audits supports the management in its continuous efforts to ensure customer-friendly, efficient administrative processes and the responsible use of public money. Its main tools are consistent process management, continuous improvement processes and regular internal audits. The Department plays an active role in the further development of FFG, provides targeted advice to the management and coordinates the agency’s comprehensive quality improvement activities. It also maintains close communication with the public clients of FFG in order to actively support their ‘better regulation’ efforts.
