Horizon Europe: Cluster 3 - Call: Civil Security for Society

HORIZON-CL3-2026-01

The Horizon Europe "Work Programme 2026-2027 Civil Security for Society" was published on December 11. The calls for proposals promote research and innovation projects that make concrete contributions to the security of our society. The aim is to develop new technologies, processes and strategies that help to effectively protect people and critical infrastructures from crises, disasters, organized crime, terrorism and other threats.
Funding is provided for research and innovation projects that have both a preventive and reactive effect - whether through improved early detection, more efficient response mechanisms or more resilient systems. Close cooperation with stakeholders such as emergency services, authorities and civil society is of central importance in order to create practical and application-oriented solutions.
