We fund research, development and innovation projects that are thematically broad and open or require a thematic focus. We offer support for newcomers, individual projects and large cooperative initiatives, as well as centers of excellence. We also promote the internationalization of domestic science, research and technology. We are the national contact point for Horizon 2020, also manage programs such as EUREKA, Eurostars and COST and are active in many international initiatives.
