RAMP JOINT TRANSNATIONAL CALL 2026

Cooperative research projects within the framework of the European Partnership Raw Materials Partnership for the Green and Digital Transition (RAMP)

The initiative “Kreislaufwirtschaft und Produktionstechnologien (KLWPT)” is participating in the transnational Call 2026 of the European Partnership on Raw Materials for the Green and Digital Transition (RAMP). The Partnership facilitates coordinated funding of transnational research and development projects and is supported by more than 50 European and international funding organisations.

What can be funded?

Austrian applicants have the opportunity to apply for funding for transnational cooperative R&D projects in the areas of Industrial Research or Experimental Development.

Who can be funded?

Eligible Austrian applicants include companies of any legal form, universities, research organisations, and other non-profit organisations.

What is the amount of funding?

The max. funding per project is EUR 300.000,- EUR.  

The funding rate depends on the type and size of the organisation (SME, large enterprise, research institution, etc.) as well as the research category, and is limited to 85%. 

The total available call budget will be published once the call is open.

What are the submission criteria?

The requirements and eligibility criteria will be published in the national call documents once the call is open. 

How does the submission work?

The application and selection process comprises two stages.

When will a decision be made?

The results of the first phase of the RAMP Call are expected in October 2026.
