Join us for a focused Matchmaking Event designed to support information sharing and inspire strong proposal ideas for the upcoming Work Programme 2026/27!
This interactive session brings together researchers, practitioners, industry partners and newcomers to explore funding opportunities, exchange experiences and connect with potential consortium partners.
Our agenda includes:
- Success Stories & Lessons Learned – practical insights from past project applications
- Overview of the Work Programme 2026/27
- Q&A Session
- Pitch & Connect: Pitch your project idea and connect directly with others – covering the Destinations Fighting Crime and Terrorism, Border Management, Resilient Infrastructure, Increased Cybersecurity, Disaster Resilience, as well as Support to Security Research and Innovation. If needed, we will split the group into thematic breakout sessions. To pitch, please email the completed pitch template to [email protected] by 16 January.
Whether you are looking for project partners, want to pitch your idea or simply wish to stay informed about upcoming calls, this event is an excellent opportunity to build connections and strengthen your proposal strategy.
This event is co-organised by the NCPs from Austria, Germany, Norway and Spain. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the NCP team in your country. We are happy to support you throughout your proposal preparation.
Registration
Registration takes place via the Horizon Europe Community Austria platform. After entering your data, you have two options:
- Create a community profile
With a personalized profile, you gain access to comprehensive information and exclusive opportunities for exchange. You can connect with other members, host Coffee Chats, present your projects, start collaborations, and arrange virtual meetings.
- Participate in events only
If you do not wish to create a profile, select the option “Ich möchte nur an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen, ohne der Community beizutreten” in the second registration step. In this case, you will not be visible to other users.
Already a member?
If you already have an account on the Horizon Europe Community platform, please log in and go to the Events section. There, you can confirm your participation by clicking the “Add” button for the respective event.
Access link: 10 minutes before the start of the event, the button “Jetzt beitreten” will appear in the event section of the platform. Please note that you must be logged in to see and use this button.
