Particular emphasis is placed on increasing the proportion of women, building up RTI knowledge and expertise, and creating the necessary structures to promote research careers. Objectives: Attract people – especially girls and young women – to the FTI sector through practical experience, and develop and strengthen existing female researchers and technicians. Support organisations in promoting equal opportunities, diversity and participation in order to contribute to a cultural change and create a culture of innovation, thereby counteracting the shortage of skilled workers in Austria.
