On 26th February, 2016, AAL Programme will be opening Call 2016. In connection with the German speaking infoday that was held on March 3, 2016, the AAL Association and FFG organised an AAL2business Workshop. The aim of the Workshop is to better support AAL community to corrispond to the proposal requirements in terms of business planning in the concept phase of a project and throughout the project life time, and to reflect the different roles of end-user organisations.

9:30-10.00 How to set up a successful consortium in terms of commercial exploitation involving business partners & SMEs, end users and research, with special attention to the role of end-users partners. (HIM SL)

Planning continuous business development in AAL projects, starting from the proposal preparation phase. (VTT)

  • How to develop the business aspects corresponding to the new proposal requirements
  • How to increase chances of successful commercialization by planning iterative BD
