„International seminar on monitoring of the implementation of R&I supported missions”

The implementation of R&I supported missions is a challenge all over Europe. In this seminar, examples from Sweden, the Netherlands and Austria are presented to understand what individual solutions are being found for monitoring the implementationof mission-oriented programmes and measures. In addition, the OECD will provide a comparative theory-based overview of the state of monitoring the implementation of missions.

Speakers: Amber Geurts (TNO), Philippe Larrue (OECD), Harald Rohracher (Linköping University), Klaus Schuch (ZSI/Austrian Mission Facility).

Following the keynote speeches, a panel will address questions from the online audience.

This seminar is organised by the Austrian Mission Facility and supported by the Austrian Platform for Research and Technology Policy Evaluation. It will be held in English.

Harald Rohracher (Linköping University) will present examples from Sweden for the design of a monitoring process and the participatory development of indicators.

Amber Geurts (TNO Vector) will speak about monitoring the implementation of the National Approach for Biobased Materials for the Construction Industry

Klaus Schuch (ZSI) will talk about the Mission Facility's work towards a framework for monitoring the implementation of EU Missions in Austria
