
This focused two-hour session bring together cybersecurity stakeholders from across Europe to connect, collaborate, and build consortia for projects under the Digital Europe Cybersecurity Work Programme.
After a brief welcome session, participants will join breakout rooms based on their selected topics of interest. There will be one breakout room dedicated to each call topic featured in this event. The agenda includes two call topics from the first set of 2025 calls, opening in June, and one call topic from the second set, opening in September 2025. In each room, pre-selected participants will pitch their organization or project idea. Each session will be moderated by a representative from one of the participating National Cybersecurity Centres (NCCs).

You have the opportunity to participate in this event in one of the following roles:
- Presenter: Briefly pitch your organisation, consortium or proposal idea (3-4 minutes maximum). Limited spots available.
- Listener: Attend the sessions and connect with others without pitching.
Participants who wish to pitch must submit their pitch slides by end of day on June 17th to [email protected]. Please use one of the provided slide templates, and ensure you select the appropriate version based on the nature of your pitch. All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the organisers, who reserve the right to limit or decline submissions. Applicants will be notified of the outcome by end of day on June 18th.
Depending on the number of pitch submissions, any Breakout Session may be merged or cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
