15.12.2025, 10:00 - 13:00
Explore the opportunities and limits of AI tools in Horizon Europe proposal writing with our compact 3-hour FFG Academy training. If you are based in Austria and interested in improving your Horizon Europe proposal writing skills with the help of AI, this webinar is tailored for you.

This webinar has been recorded - the recording is available now.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the way research proposals are developed, written, and evaluated. This focused workshop explores how AI tools can be effectively applied throughout the Horizon Europe proposal process and how AI can support - but not replace - human expertise in developing competitive proposals.

Participants will not only gain insights from multiple perspectives, including the European Commission’s view on current rules and future directions, but also practical experiences from applicants and grant offices. A keynote lecture on “Next Level Grant Writing Using AI Assistants” will showcase how AI can enhance literature exploration, proposal structuring, collaborative workflows and more.

The event concludes with an open discussion, inviting participants to reflect on opportunities, challenges, and best practices for integrating AI into their proposal development routines.

Target group:
The webinar is aimed at persons based in Austria from any type of organisation who are interested in Horizon Europe proposal writing, and how AI can leverage this process.
