Projektbeschreibung
Ziel des Forschungsprojekts ist es, ein Framework für Organisationale Improvisation zu entwickeln. In diesem Framework sollen Faktoren für die komplexe und multidimensionale Improvisationsfähigkeit von Menschen in ihrer organisationalen Situiertheit identifiziert und beschrieben werden. Auf Basis dieser grundlagenwissenschaftlichen Untersuchung soll das Framework in weiterer Folge dazu dienen, prototypische Designs für Interventionen zu entwickeln, um die Improvisationsfähigkeit von Menschen in Organisationen praktisch zu unterstützen.
Abstract
The aim of this research project is to develop a framework for organizational improvisation. In this framework, factors for the complex and multidimensional ability of people to improvise in their organizational situation will be identified and described. Based on this basic scientific research, the framework will be used to develop prototypical designs for interventions in order to practically support the improvisational ability of people in organizations.
