FFG Academy Webinar: ERC Proof of Concept Grant: Features of a strong proposal
By Proof of Concept Grants, the ERC provides top-up funding for Principal Investigators of an ongoing or recently concluded ERC Starting, Consolidator, Advanced or Synergy Grant in order to establish the commercial or social innovation potential of an idea that emerged from their ERC project. The funding amounts to maximum 150.000 EUR for up to 18 months, and can for instance be used to clarify the intellectual property rights position and strategy or cover initial expenses for establishing a company.
All Principal Investigators of an ERC Starting, Consolidator, Advanced or Synergy Grant that is either ongoing or has ended less than 12 months before January 1st, 2018, are eligible to apply for an ERC Proof of Concept Grant within the ERC Workprogramme 2018.
The next deadline for the ERC Proof of Concept grant is on September 11th, 2018.
